A wonderful couple run this business! I wouldn't want anyone else touching my meat! This is the way meat was made to be. The place has style and is run by Canucks with class. The next time I visit Alberta I plan on picking up a bunch of their steaks to bring back to Los Angeles! They don't have places like this in the U.S.

Darren at Butchers Corner in Beaumont is fabulous! He is very helpful, knowledgeable and makes fantastic jerky! Stop by for one of the best butcher experiences in Alberta!
