  This is the second time we came in for breakfast. Blown away both times. The food is awesome, the service top notch and the ambiance is relaxing. We will definitely be back!

  Amazing, cozy little restaurant in Beaumont! The food is carefully chosen and prepped by caring locals and excellent staff. Delicious every time! The poutine is the best I've had!

  You have to try this place. The way i felt after eating at Chartier is some much better than any other place I've been too. Staff is top shelf and the owners are the most salt of the earth easy going peeps I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. My family and I try to go to Chatier every chance we get. Keep it up and wish you nothing but success.

  Probably the best restaurant experience I have ever had! The owner provided exceptional service, although they didn't deliver my meat medium rare like I asked, I received the medium rare rib eye very quickly! The service from the waitresses was also impeccable. The tempura battered string beans are a must!!! Also try their beef bourguignon and rib eye dish was incredible! The owner knows what he's doing! You have to give this place a try.

  Food was excellent and the chef made an especially great effort to accommodate dietary restrictions while still being proud of what was served. Great wine list and excellent cocktails. Decor and service very good.
